• 26-02-28I have been ordering Pizza Factory since they opened this location. I love crisp thin crust pizza and in the past I was getting a slice that be floppy. Tonight that all changed. As soon as I opened the box I could see a crisper crust it was perfect and had a nice crisp when I took my first bite.
I order sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives and the flavor and satisfaction has always been great. The medium pizza is a nice size and the slices were perfect portions. At some pizza places I order the same combo but Ive has to mop up the grease with a paper towel, not very appealing. I have never had to do that with Pizza Factory.
My guilty pleasure is the brownie. The brownies are the size of a small or personal, I love how chewy they are and can't stop myself from ordering them.

• 24-04-1810 out of 10 I order from them about once a week and they always get the order right. The pizza and wings are always warm and delicious. Best pizza Ihad in a long time.

I love Pizza Factory in Shaw& Leonard, not only do I like the pizza better than other "local" pizza shops but the service at this Pizza Factory has me as a customer for life.
On Mother's Day I ordered pizza and the Chocolate Chip cookie pizza when I got my order delivered there was no CCC pizza and I was furious I contacted DoorDash and I wanted my CCC and not a refund. I was delivered a small bag of store bought cookies and not the CCC WHAT! I expressed my opinion with DD. Next day I received a phone call from the Pizza Factory manager, Rayne, who apologizing because they ran out of CCC because of Mother's Day and next time I ordered they would give me a free CCC. I thanked her, said this was not necessary I was just having a bad day 1st Mother's since I lost my Mom in January and I was being snarky and just wanted comfort cookie.
A couple of weeks later I ordered Pizza Factory same order and when it arrived in addition to my CCC there was an extra one for free with a nice note.
Customer Service doesn't happen like this anymore, much less from a DD order on a busy Mother's Day. Thank you to Rayne and the rest of the crew at Pizza Factory on E Shaw & Leonard you made me feel seen, heard and appreciated!
