both pizzas were under cooked. the cris was NOT crispy. I was doughy and soft. the cthese wasnt eve melted 100% snd it was cold. I have to put in air fryer to complete the cooking process. I should be refunded

Ordered a thin crust and it wasn't cooked all the way . For a thin crust it was doughy .
