Personal pan pizza are always good! Ordered extra cheese and mushrooms. When I don't know what to order, this never disappoints. Have tried salad before and would not order again but pizza is what Pizza Hut does and does well.

This pizza order was made with an overly sweet sauce from the one they normally use.. Also it seemed like this order was undercooked-normally I wouldn't get sauce all over my hand when I eat my Personal Pan Pizza® but this one was messy.

I ordered among other things a side salad. It was supposed to have a blend of green and iceberg lettuce, crouton, shredded cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and the ever popular creamy Italian dressing. I got.....ice burg lettuce. A really BIG contain of ice burg lettuce and, oddly enough a few slivers of green pepper. When they said no substitutions, they meant customers. Apparently, employees can add and subtract as they wish. I've been on hold attempting to resolve this without leaving a bad review for over 21 minutes. The entire time asking Why does Pizza Hut care so much? At least that's what the recording asks. I guess we'll never know. Promise this is my last time ever. Totally inexcusable!

I ordered the pan crust & it was not fully cooked, very floppy. The cheese sticks were ok, but didn't have a lot of cheese. Wings were good but very light w the garlic parm sauce.

No marina sauce with breadsticks. Breadsticks were not seasoned. Pizza was overcooked.
