Pizza and cheese sticks were undercooked and the marinara cup is TINY for a whole order of cheese sticks. Ordered an extra one but only got 1.

The wings tasted like nail polish remover the pizza was really thinned out we didn't eat the wings at all cause they had a really funny smell that was concerning the Triple Chocolate Brownie was uncooked in the middle

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent Pizza Hut order. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations in terms of freshness, portion size, taste, and order accuracy. I expected a satisfying meal prepared with fresh ingredients and the specific items I requested, but several aspects of my order were disappointing.
First, I was dissatisfied with the freshness of the pizza. The overall quality did not taste as fresh as I expected, and the texture and flavor made the meal less enjoyable. I believe customers should receive food that is freshly prepared and meets the quality standards expected from an established restaurant like Pizza Hut.Second, I was disappointed with the portion and overall value of the meal. Considering the price paid, I expected a more satisfying product with consistent quality and appropriate portions. Unfortunately, I would not order this again

Personal Pan Pizza® was cooked too long. the edges were burnt. tasted like it was not as fresh as normal. tasted like it was reheated. only ate one piece. should have taken a Pic. this is not like Pizza hut. must have been a really bad evening. I'll try again one day.
