The pizza was flat and the crust was hard. The marinara sauce has no flavor anymore; you can tell they changed something. The quality overall has gone down.

I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza and they didn't put anywhere near the amount of pepperoni that should be there. I also added Italian sausage and didn't get it. Apparently they also think it's appropriate for a dollars worth of marinara sauce to equal the same amount that everyone else charges 35 cents for.

Very disappointing and unsanitary!!! The dough was old it did not raise the Breadsticks were wrinkled on top, the 14" Pepperoni Lover's® Pizza did not raise and was greasy and the 6 Traditional Wings taste freezer burned. Complete waste of $105 for spoiling food.
