I ordered my food at 8pm. Multiple door dashers had to cancel because it was taking so long. When my 3rd door dasher arrived they (the store) said they had the food ready but when he went to get it, it was still in the oven. I had a similar instance the last time only I didn't use door dash, I ordered directly. When I arrived they had my name on the screen saying my order was ready but when I got to the counter they said they were still waiting on something. Bottom line is that they are being dishonest about the fulfillment of their order times so it doesn't expose poor service. By the way I finally got my food tonight after 9:30. That is unacceptable consodering I paid over $60 for my order
