Person working the register did not understand that it was not a doordash delivery order that it was a pickup order that I placed for myself. She refused to fulfill the order because I could not confirm it on my phone but there wasn't anything to confirm. I showed her proof of payment and the receipt from the Doordash app not the Doordash Dasher app for drivers. She either needs to get a better grip on policies and doordash terminology or actually listen to a customer instead of assuming she's always right.
