The freshness of my food took a hit because they took a very long time preparing my order, so long that I had two separate dashers waiting at the store for my food. Also I ordered and paid for stuffed crust and was given a pan pizza without any knowledge that a change was made to my order.

Yes i ordered a personal pan pizza it was suppose to be buy one get one free . Well i only got one pizza and i paid 11$ and sum change
