I consistently eat at Pizza Hut and its always been great. However my last order was terrible. I got a Large Crust with a small pizza.

This place doesn't start making the food until the customer arrives which meant I waited 30 minutes and then I got there and had to wait another 30...I paid for the food, so they should start when they receive the order
