Their Planet Sub sandwiches are the BEST!!! And they LOAD THEM UP with meat and other toppings - no skimping! Toasty or cold doesn't make any difference, they are delicious either way.

They barely put any cream cheese on the sandwiches. I've even paid for extra and I don't get it. I have ordered several times from them thinking it will get better but it doesn't.

There was way too much mayo on the roast beef sandwich and not enough tomato. The turkey was excellent as usual. Maybe a new employee made the roast beef? And we ordered a large soda that was not delivered but yet there was a straw in the sealed bag? We usually have no issues with Planet Sub but this evening was an exception!!

"The Planet Sub" is delicious heated with toasted bread. I ordered it cold this time (due to the heat wave we're experiencing) and I'm happy to say it's just as delicious cold! Amazing sandwiches/subs all the time.

The Whole Cheese Steak is lacking in peppers and onions, plus it doesn't look anything like the pictures (3/5). The Whole The Experience was good, but not as good as it used to be and the amount of toppings has decreased (4/5).
