I ordered a 20 oz for pickup we usual, but got a 16 oz. The cashier said I ordered a 16 oz and I said no, and showed her my receipt. Someone came over and changed my order to a 20 oz, but made it seem as though she did me a favor and told me her English is not good. As a customer I should get what I paid for.

The smoothie is amazing but PLEASE be warned that this location is IN PENN STATION i placed a pickup order thinking it was just on the same block and ended up having to trek thru 1/2 of penn station basement to find it
