• 25-01-26This poke bowl might be my favorite I've ever had!! It's huge, big portions and great quality. Of note, the spicy tuna for the poke bowl is chopped up but the regular tuna is cubed (which I prefer)

• 23-12-17My original intention was to order a poke bowl and a Poke Burrito [2 proteins]. But I may have been distracted and ended up with 2 Poke Burrito [2 proteins]. Had I got a bowl and the Burrito, I could see if it was just the Burrito.
The Burrito had great presentation, both of them. The wrapping was beautiful and helped keep the Burrito in place. Usually not a fan because I hate my food spilling/falling over as I have it in hand. But they wrapped it in a way that's easy to hold, keeps the contents wrapped and easy to get to the bottom of the food.
It's not just top presentation, the whole Burrito is packed with protein from top to bottom. It's not skimping out of the proteins. That in itself makes it great.
Despite all this, even when everything was beautifully wrapped inside this plentiful Burrito, it didn't taste as good as it looked. Ingredients didn't seem to compliment one another and tasted bland. To take into consideration, I did opt for sauce on the side rather. However I am a strong believer that the main component of the food should taste great with/without the sauce. The sauce only adds on or compliments the food. After adding the sauce, it either overpowered the food or wasn't a good compliment.
My recommendation is this is a good to-go food option as it's easy to handle and wrapped in a way to provide convenience. I would probably prefer the bowl over the Burrito next time I order.

• 25-07-30I was craving a sushi burrito and decided to try this store. Fish is fresh and there are a wide variety of mix-ins options. Burrito was packed with the protein and all the options I chose. Packaging and wrapping is neat and got to me in one piece. I did the classic sauce and it was a little too salty and thick for my preference, would choose another sauce next time. Otherwise, I can't wait to order again! Thank you for making my burrito awesome!!!

• 23-02-08Used to be one of my favorite go-to spots for months, but for some reason they've been very light handed on the fish. With my most recent order, I literally got a big bowl of rice with about 6 TINY pieces of salmon and the smallest scoop of Spicy Tuna I've seen from this place. Disappointed because this place was really one of the best local spots and it was almost unrecognizable. Hope that this is just an isolated incident and that they pull it together soon.
