Today was the very best food!
Chicken hot,crisp outside, while juicy inside. Yellow rice was perfect, with al dente vegetables.

I love Pollo Tropical. Their food is always on point. The only disappointment right now is that I asked for Avacado slices for the first time, and what I got was so disappointing. it was one measly piece of Avacado in a cup. And they charged me $2 extra for it.

The portions have gotten smaller and more expensive. They don't provide sauces or they provide all sauces but not the ones you ask for. The rice was over cooked.

I purchased the coconut shrimp with 1 side. I received 3 shrimps when it's supposed to be 5. Why Am I paying for the meal if it's cheaper to purchase separately
