The food is always good, and for the first time finally added the sauce I always asked for, except I ordered fried yuca but they put sweet plaintain, no big deal my son ate it anyway. But the food is always amazing.

I had a vegetarian tropi chop. Some of the rice was hard and I didn't have too many beans. The onions and peppers were not cooked and flavorless. The fries were tough and I couldn't enjoy my meal. I was very hungry so I ate it anyway. Maybe because it was close to closing time but either way, it wasn't pleasant.

Today there was no flavor in anything but it is usually good. They gave me a lot of fatty pieces of pork not really edible

OMG what has happened to Pollo Tropical. I used to love their food but l lately the he chicken is so small that there's more bones than chicken and the rice is so dry and has no vegetables.
