The Large Tropichop® Bowls were very tasty , the churrasco steak was nice and tender , the chicken crispy just as indicated.. the rest is always very good !!!

Put like 4 pieces of chicken in the Regular Tropichop® Bowl. Normally dont complain about pollo tropical but that was crazy. Drinks were luke warm and bottom of bag was wet. It broke on the driver when she came to deliver

Terrible...last time I order in pollo tropical, I ordered 1 chicken and came 3 small wings and just 1 leg, also I ordered 1 coca and they charged but it was not in the bag. I'm very disappointed. Chicken is the smallest that I have seen.

The bowl was barely any rice and or condiments. It's like they they were scrapping the bottoms to barely make a bowl. And then charge $10 for it with less than 1/3 of rice. Come on now.

I don't know why but last time I ordered from this location chicken was super dry and rice was undercooked. So weird because I love PT.
