• 22-12-11Good meals for the price but they always include the spine with the chicken. Every single time. Also the plaintains were a nice contrasting flavor to the salt.

• 25-09-23everything was delicious. the chicken was tender and flavorful. the rice was cooked to perfection,, not to soft, along with the black beans. also ordered the the mashed potatoes with gravy, very flavorful. five stars to Pollo Tropical for a delicious lunch.

• 26-06-20Smallest wrap I've ever seen and I've worked for a pollo tropical before. This is ridiculous for $10.

• 22-07-05the yucca was dry and there was only a handful of shrimp on the bowl lots of lettuce and not enough sauce to eat even half of it. most of the sweet potatoes had dark brown spots...disappointed

The food was the worst, chicken was fried so hard and cold. The yellow rice and vegetables were ovecooked.This order cost l$27.00.
