I had 1/2 chicken dinner with a piece of key lime pie. Very disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Really not edible. The rice was sticky and clumpy. The piece of pie I got for over $5 looked like a small piece from a 6 inch pie. I will not order from there again.

Flavor was there, as always! Especially for the price. The issue was that I literally only got one plantain lol the Tropical Trio is a great combo though, if only I got some more plátano.

Missing food from the order. Churrasco came with 3 small slices. This is the worst Pollo Tropical in the state of Florida

I get one decent piece of chicken and a half of a leg. I don't know how you cut a leg in half and send it as a whole piece of chicken. I was very disappointed. Delivery was fine that I was disappointed that I had one piece of chicken and half a leg that is not what I ordered.
