Not as advertised, chicken was over cook, only 2 shrimps and one slice of churrasco....very disappointed.

I Love the black beans and rice. Chicken is always fresh and not dry. Plátanos delicious. Meal was hot.
I frequently order from Pollo Tropical because it is consistently good and not outrageously expensive.

for the size of the container, I think the chicken could have been a little bigger. I would recommend lowering the price tag on this item!

When I tell you everything was on point.. that spicy poyo poyo is gonna do it EVERY DAMN TIME!! it came fast, hot, and delicious with nothing missing. perfect amount of dressing on the salad too. 10/10 will be ordering again
