• 23-05-22I forgot to take a pic BEFORE I ate it. Forgive me, I was that hungry. I can only share the Flan.
However, I have no bad comments post eating it. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, not too salty. The rice, I can only give it "perfect". The bread, ON POINT.
The Flan is one of those desserts that you can only say "Oh.....my..................God." after having it ot you don't even know WHAT to say, it's THAT GOOD. And its the perfect amount, a few bites to thoroughly enjoy & end a very happy, satisfied customer.

• 26-08-13The family meal duo wasn't worth the price came with chicken that barely had meat and it didn't include the grilled chicken not worth the price wouldn't order again. The boxes the chicken came with were also crushed and broken.

• 23-05-09The limited time coconut shrimp bowl w/rice was not good. The shrimp were over fried so the breading on the outside was hard not crispy and the shrimp was tough. The rice in all 3 meals purchased was partially undercooked so there were tough bits of rice. Overall, this was probably one of my poorest Pollo Tropical visits.
