chicken sandwiches were soft and not crunchy at all and only one pickle on each sandwich, both sandwiches were also missing the spicy sauce that was supposed to be on them. I ordered spicy chicken with extra sauce on the side and they only gave me the sides of sauce but there was none on the sandwiches and the fries were also not crispy at all, very floppy

I asked to add cheese and bacon to my sandwiches got changed extra and it wasn't added. and the portion on the sides are skimpy for the prices. I would like to at get what I paid for. This is not the first time this has happened. Someone isn't paying attention to doordash orders.

I don't understand when go in the store fo the meal i pay for what i paid for the chicken only and a small mash potato that is crazy and the chicken tasted like it been cooked for hours

Chicken is oily and biscuits taste like salt. This used to be a the best fried chicken. It has really slipped in taste and quality.
