Beans and rice are underfilled, chicken is overcooked, biscuits are rock hard, and soda is flat. Just an awful meal, all around of terrible quality.

This Popeye's is awesome! They were out of two items and personally called to see if I wanted replacements. I wish the Spicy Flounder Fish Sandwich was not for a Limited Time, it should be a Menu Staple! It's 100% better than the Shrimp!
I am staying with my Daddy, as he recuperates from his Hospital stay, and ordered 3Pc Signature Chicken Combo for him ... he practically licked the plate!

The 6 Spicy Bone-In Wings are crazy I wasn't even expecting to like this flavor as much as I do. I don't eat Popeyes like that but I'm impressed. It's like he perfect amount of spice (I like hot) and a subtle sweet. The Caraml Apple Cheesecakee is very rich and creamy perfect amount. I'm a happy customer!

the Strawberry Biscuit was really good but everything else was gross. In the 5Pc Handcrafted Tenders Combo the tenders were flat and just breading they also gave me 8 or 9 because of this I think but it didn't help cause they were tuff and chewy.

2 pc 2Pc Signature Chicken Combo was excellent, hot, juicy, and red beans was spicy, but not too much.
