All of the items were perfect except for one poppyseed bagel that was hard. I had ordered three bagels: two poppyseed and one everything bagel with a smear of cream cheese and an orange juice.
Usually, my orders are perfect and they come warm. This was not the case today.

Bagels and schmear/butter are always incredible every time!! I just was disappointed because I didn't get the bagels that I ordered, I wanted two everything and two salt but I got two salt, one plain, and one everything.

We ordered 4 salt and 2 everything bagels and received 4 everything and 2 salt. The bagels were wonderful but the salt bagel people were very bummed. I would definitely reorder again but was just disappointed. Just maybe checking it twice

Overpriced and, more importantly, low quality bagels. Genuinely bad, I do not understand how this place got so overhyped.
