I had to call the store because I accidentally chose the wrong sweetener- which would have been awful. They were able to correct my mistake and were super friendly on the phone. The Irish cream cold foam is delicious BTW.
I almost ruined my $15 latte. Thank you!

Im having repetitive issues getting what I order lately. I order every week. Either they leave something out and dontasend it at all and dont fix the sent correctly, or they just don't send the order correctly. Heating a Muffin in the microwave for a few seconds is not too much to ask when I selected HEATED and pay $20 for a Muffin and coffee. Ive been to this location in person and they are never busy enough to make mistakes like this.

The Iced Latte went in the trash. . It was horrible- extremely bitter. I order the same thing every single time so I know what its supposed to taste like.
