Italian beef sandwich was so good! I ordered it with the sweet and hot peppers and added mozzarella! The peppers are a perfect blend and not too hot at all. The beef thin and tender and the gravy just perfect! I order a cup on the side and literally drank it lol. The Chicago dog was just as good. I ordered it with everything and I dnt even care for relish! 10 out of 10 for me! This will be a required eat everytime I pass through Chi Town!

Love portillos. Great hot dogs and hamburgers and always well packaged and well served. However I would be careful with the
Gravy Bread as it's not what you would expect from someone who doesn't live here! Basically just a soggy sandwich bread roll.

I wish the items were labeled in any way at all... telling the Char Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage from the Char Grilled Polish Sausage Sandwich or the hotdog's. I had to go by toppings to figure out which was which. The food quality is very good though. One other note, I ordered a side of Swee Pepperst and there were literally 2 pieces of pepper in the container

I am a huge Portillo's fan and supporter. I ordered the same thing multiple times, to the point I know what I seen today with the cake is unacceptable. A very small $3.99-$5.00 Chocolate Cake Slice worth $2.00 of a portion. Not cool Portillo's.

Breaded Whitefish Sandwich doesn't taste the same from where I'm from in Indiana. I don't like the tarter sauce or the single leaf lettuce. In Indiana, we have shredded lettuce, and the tater sauce tastes very different!
