• 26-08-13Ordered a large fry that was only half filled. Probably only a medium fry at best. Will not door dash Portillo's again. Quality is terrible here in Texas compared to Chicago.

• 26-01-20I couldn't eat my Cheeseburger because it was SMOTHERED in MAYO AND Mustard, NO NAPKINS. It's really sad because I like this place, but for some reason they hired someone who needs to stay away from the Mayo & Mustard

• 26-06-06I did not like this sandwich at all. It was bland, the beef was dry and the gravy/aus ju was oily. Unfortunately I am not a fan.

• 25-01-14the fries were cold and a bit soggy. The Italian Beef Sandwich was great and chili Chili Cheese Dog was on point just like Chicago.
