Ordered a large fry that was only half filled. Probably only a medium fry at best. Will not door dash Portillo's again. Quality is terrible here in Texas compared to Chicago.

I couldn't eat my Cheeseburger because it was SMOTHERED in MAYO AND Mustard, NO NAPKINS. It's really sad because I like this place, but for some reason they hired someone who needs to stay away from the Mayo & Mustard

I did not like this sandwich at all. It was bland, the beef was dry and the gravy/aus ju was oily. Unfortunately I am not a fan.
