PEOPLE THIS IS THE BEST WHEN IT COMES TO RIBS THAT FALL OFF THE BONE, SUPER FRESH SALADS, TASTY HOT FRIES AND A SODA THAT JUST RIGHT! DON'T PASS THIS PLACE UP THEY'VE EARNED EVERY DOLLAR!

Cheeseburger was delicious & fries warm.. yet not filled as I paid for large fries.. the Strawberry Shortcake is by far the best desert.. looks small for $7 yet so delicious!!

The sausage was dry, beef was dry and not enough beef on the sandwich only thing that was good was the Fries. Salad was carefully looked at and chocolate seemed ok. I would like to take Portillo's on Taylor street off and I'll add the one on LaSalle. The meal was horrible.

The Chocolate Cake Shake was good but that was about it. Italian Beef Sandwich was bland and lacking in quality compared to other spots in town. I have heard a lot about them going downhill since they were bought out by private equity but I wanted to try it while I was in town because it is (was?) a Chicago staple and one of the only places with Italian Beef open that late on the way out of town. I was highly disappointed and wouldn't go back. Every other mom and pop place with Chicago street food I've had has been better by miles.

Chicken Fingers were dried out, and the flavor and portion of the food is just not worth the price point. The grilled chicken sandwich with bacon (on which they forgot to include the bacon) was about $10 and was small, bland, and dry. Our location never includes ordered sauces, and often misses any upgrades ordered. TBH we're just not going to order from here anymore.
