I ordered Chicago dogs, the peppers were hot but good. The eclair cake is to die for, but very rich. I ate half and saved half. The salad was the best part! Even though you forgot my dressing lol. It was cold, fresh, crisp and delicious.

Poorly made. I asked for the Combo Beef & Char Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich to be lightly dipped. It was very dry. Mozzarella wasn't melted just haphazardly thrown on the sandwich. Usually good this time not so much.

Famous Meal #1: Italian Beef Sandwich is delicious! Make sure to get gravy on side so it's not as soggy! You must get the peppers(sweet and hot) and mozarella cheese on it! The Chocolate Cake Slice is also delicious!

Excellent char broiling on this Maxwell street polish and lots of grilled onions. It was excellent. Always love these from portillos and their onion rings.

Sorry Portillos, but I have tried you three times now. My first visit, I received a hot dog, which I watched being made, and it was literally thrown together so much as to ignore the fact that it was a special request of no onions and, extra pickles. I watched them wrap up the exact opposite. When I mentioned it to the employee, he snickered at me, then walked away. on my second attempt, I ordered thru Doordash. I received a plain hot dog and cold fries.
My 3rd order was an Italian beef sandwich, dipped with extra Aujus & fries. I thought it was completely tasteless, and appeared that the meat was from the bottom of the pan. All little bits of overcooked meat.
I just think you are overpriced, and focus on the "FAST"in fast food, not the quality. I also believe your employees need to be reminded that when they are making food for the customers, it should be made as if they are making it for themselves, and special requests should not be acknowledged as a bother!
