why is the flavour sent separately for delivery? why is the flavour not added at the store? we received too much truffle for the mega and not enough sour cream for the giga fries. the food was warm and good. chicken is good. we had plain. flavour is sent in a small.container to add at home

i requested specifically, for extra sour cream and cheese pwder on my tera order. I paid additional for this and barely see my additions on my tera fries. they included the extra sweet corn powder i ordered but not the one i paid for. Disappointed

The Tera Shoestring Fries is stale, seems like an old fried batch instead of a fresh one considering the delivery time was only less than 20 minutes.
