I grew up on Subway. I didn't discover Potbelly until my late teens. I will never go back. Potbelly is the best sammich chain, hands down. Large sandwiches, hot, and melty, and way more fresh than Subway.
I eat hella Potbelly. You should too.

The skinny turkey -has the smallest slice of turkey and very skimpy veggies. Certainly not worth the money.

One of the best salads ever is the walnut apple salad, even the most finicky people I know and I tell them trust me try it and when they do they agree and say, you are right, the salad is awesome, always fresh greens, fresh ingredients, highly recommend!

I ordered a sandwich via DoorDash. The sandwich was burnt, tasted awful and was not at the standards of other Potbelly's orders in the past. It was absolutely disgusting. Why do you offer sub sandwiches to loyal customers? I threw the sandwich out because it wasn't edible by food standards. Last time I order from you.

Wow! We have reached a new low, Doordash/Potbelly! My ordered consisted of a buy one ,get one free turkey sandwich, but instead of receiving the TWO sandwiches, it was one sandwich cut in half - each half bagged separately. Seriously!
