Chicken tasted strange like it might have been old. Cookies were beyond stale and dry, entire bag went in the trash. Disappointed because I usually love Potbelly's.

Veggie Melt sandwhich is well made and tasty. Broccoli Cheddar soup tastes a bit like an over processed meal but it's hot and and tasty as well.
