These are seriously some pretty rockin pretzels. Only negative thing is the 16 Nuggets & Cheese are a little harder than the 6 Softies which makes it hurt a little, but im not mad lol the freshness on the softies are amazing!

The order was wrapped well it came very hot. They left out the cheese for my nuggets. The brats could have been cooked more but I like mine brown and crispy. I would say they were terrific if I never had Gus' pretzel brats and ends

Pretzels are really good when they're not hard but they tend to forget things a lot. Which makes me sad because I'm going to have to stop buying from them. They forgot my two sides of cheese on this order. :(

Ordered the 16 Nuggets & Cheese and pup - they were all soooooooo salty and the salt was so stuck to them. You couldn't even scrap it off. I also ordered a side of jalapeño Cheese and did not receive it. Received a regular cheddar cheese. Also....everything came in open bags. nothing was closed so it was all ice cold when it arrived.
