Pretzels were kind of doughy not very salty

I paid for 2 Vanilla Glaze sauces and only got one. Another thing that happens most of the time is that when I order in person, they fill the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites up to the top, but whenever I DoorDash it, they seem to give me less. 
Those are my only problems.
