We ordered salted pretzels. They came with absolutely no salt on them. For $30 you expect them to be right :(

My pretzels were undercooked to the point of looking and tasting like straight up dough, and they didn't include a dipping sauce I paid for. I wasn't exactly expecting Pretzelmakers's quality to suddenly start blowing my mind, but this was ridiculous.

Box of Bites is usually pretty good, a lot of them this time looked like they had been ripped up, they were very hard (even after reheating), no butter or salt. rest of the box was good.

Pretzels are dry and when ordering the pretzels, sauce, and drink combo arrived with no cheese sauce.
