This was a pickup order. When I went in, I believe the manager working mistook me for a delivery driver and was quite rude to me. That was kind of jarring. I ordered a turkey & cheese primo hoagie. It was pretty decent. I will say that because I added lettuce, they filled it to the gills with lettuce and felt like there could have been more cheese. I also got a side of hot and sweet peppers and felt like there was barely enough to actually fill the hoagie. Almost $20 for a hoagie is a lot.

My experience with the Ham and Cheese hoagie was disappointing and a waste of money. Despite hearing positive reviews from coworkers, the bread was excessively hard, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the sandwich. The texture was unappetizing, and I found it difficult to take even a single bite. Given this experience, I will be returning to Ricci for my meals in the future, as I cannot understand how anyone could find that hoagie acceptable.
