• 25-03-11Primo's salads have always been great. Fresh, abundant, delicious. That said, garlic knots are the star lately. I didn't used to like them as much (too much Parmesan), but now they hv a nice crispy top that's perfect!

• 25-04-23Primos Too never fails; the portions for the price are amazing. And the food is delicious. This is my go-to for late-night dinner; I don't know how I could get through my exams without it. Thank you Primos, I love you guys.

• 26-03-11Best pizza in the Pioneer Valley. The crust has that light cornmeal on the bottom so you get a little crunch when you bite into it, but the dough itself is still soft and chewy with just a hint of ferment—you can actually taste that it’s real dough and not something rushed. The cheese melts the way it’s supposed to, smooth and stretchy instead of that weird coagulated mess a lot of places around here serve. It’s basically New York–style pizza but without the greasy overload, and the toppings are legit. I had the chicken, pineapple, and onion and the chicken was ridiculously tender, not dry at all, and everything tasted fresh. Even the chicken fingers are excellent—crispy breading, all white meat, cooked perfectly. On top of that they’ve got a huge menu with tons of other stuff. I’ve tried pizza all over the valley and nothing beats Primo’s 2. Easy five stars.

• 25-07-29Best food for the best price! The portions are huge and the food is consistently hot and tasty. I recommend the cbr pizza, the Ziti Pesto Cream, the garlic knots, chop suey and the ziti vodka.

• 23-12-03Sadly this once great restaurant has gone downhill recently. It appears to be under new management or something. Their pizza used to be truly excellent (I've been ordering for 10 years) but now, the veggies are ALL put on raw -- including the garlic! Yes, raw garlic, which of course overpowered every other ingredient and ruined the pizza. They also now add a thicker layer of cheese and undercook the dough. On par with Domino's maybe at best. They now have only one size for a chicken grinder, and that's a small 8 inch still priced at $14, but at other restaurants this is the price for a large 12 inch. The pizza price is excessive now, too. Total $55 for two medium pizzas (1 cheese, 1 three topping) and one 8" grinder... nope. I'll be ordering from other pizza restaurants in the future.
