i got the omelette and plain pancakes - fresh ingredients and really yummy especially considering the macros. good portions, especially the spinach in my omelette which most places skimp on! the price is a tad steep, personally i don't care about the organic ingredients or seed oils or whatever just the macros so not sure i will frequent because of the price point but i will go back occasionally. i appreciate the great packaging and silverware and the sugar free syrup. thanks protien house!

I ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, and wow—it was a masterpiece. The tuna was fresh, the brown rice was perfectly cooked, and the balance of avocado, edamame, and greens made every bite delicious and guilt-free. With ~40g of protein and just the right mix of carbs and fats, it fit my macros like a glove. I also tried their Berry Blast Protein Smoothie with whey, which was refreshing, not too sweet, and packed with 25g of protein—perfect for post-workout recovery.

They gave me literally 6 cucumbers in my cucumber salad that was like $6. So disappointing. Will not order again.

The PH Protein Pancake Combo is sooo good! Omg they are the best protein pancakes I've ever had and they give you a good amount! I love how it's clean ingredients too!
