The Gluten Friendly Gnocchi(Choose any sauce) was fantastic, al dente and very flavorful.
I went towards the end of the day, and the gentleman at the counter hooked me up with some extra bread. Really appreciated that. Their bread has a sourdough-like taste, and balances well with the Vodka sauce.

I didn't have high expectations, but I was super impressed. Well seasoned, flavorful, big portions, good price. I will be returning!
Side salad is mid though. I wish it was a caesar salad. The PASTA itself is glorious.

The Rome (Cacio e Pepe)-Rigatoni was quite delicious! I added shrimp and sun-dried tomatoes. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the sun-dried tomatoes had a very fresh taste.
I had bread for the first time after a few orders (they normally run out earlier in the day), and it had a nice flavor/sponginess. Perfect for sauce absorption.
The only thing I'd say is I wish there was more sauce. But the fact that it was not salty offsets that almost, as other Italian-type restaurants I've visited have more often than not had sauce that was too salty.

Psta. is always my safety meal when I need something quick and delicious but tonight the Bolo (Bolognese Sauce)-Fettucinegna was only half of the typical portion as well as being very overcooked almost to the point of being gummy and the Nonna's Meatballs were also overcooked. I hope it was just an off night.

PSTA is one of those rare arrivals to a neighborhood that is met with applause and cheers. The pricing is phenomenal, and the flavor absolutely blew me away. I try hard to support businesses like this that provide such an incredible value, and PSTA is more than worthy of the praise! Huge potions, unbelievably fresh pasta.
