the food quality was fine, prompt in delivery. but I ordered a Create Your Own Bowl and was sent a mini. This was particularly aggravating due to cost difference and I split the bowl for dinner and lunch while working my 12hr night shift.
called the store they are willing to give me entre vouchers just frustrated as I can't use those vouchers to order while at work.

I could eat from here every day and be happy! Whoever made this meal (individual or team) needs much earned appreciation, well done, fresh, delicious and cleanly packaged perfect portions! Too bad 5 stars is the max, you deserve many more!

Guac was old and brown, lettuce wilted, and maybe half a teaspoon of sour cream, you could tell it was the end of the bottle. You could tell it was thrown together carelessly because it was the end of the day.

After two failed attempts, on ordering the Chicken Queso Bowl . I was sent a burrito 2x the 3rd time I called, and whoever I talked on the phone with, was very nice professional, and kind! she made sure I got the entree I wanted !!! thank you so much! the Chicken Queso Bowl is like the only thing I get.. it's delicious, and it's healthy for you!!

The nachos were so skimpy- the cheese didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. And we paid $15 for them, to include extra brisket! The chips were hit and miss on being too tough to chew and finally, they didn't put queso on the chicken bowl. We get this same order frequently and this particular order was EXTREMELY disappointing.
