ordered nachos and got the tiniest bag they have might have been for cookies, plus the person handling the order told the door Dasher that the hot sauce I specifically asked for was in the bag and it wasn't. also no napkins or cutlery

Ordered from this store twice now. First time got a bowl and it had 5 pieces of meat, like two spoons of rice, and just a bunch of cheese on top.
This time got a salad bowl with tortilla shell and it showed up no shell, 5-7 pieces of chicken, and just a bunch of lettuce.

We ordered two Create Your Own Bowl. One was perfect (the steak one) the chicken one was missing SO many things that were ordered (guacamole, sour cream, salsa, picante ranch dressing and cilantro)
We will order again because it was delicious, but very disappointing to not get what we ordered. I basically had chicken, rice and pinto beans.
On a great note, our Dasher was excellent!

Ordered 2 Creat your Own Burritotos, white ride, pickled onions...double meat on both...both had hardly any meat no onions and almost all rice...the food was hot and fresh...delivery driver was awesome and fast!

Like that def didn't have what all I ordered in there. It was good but I didn't see / taste any queso and the toppings were pitiful aside form the insane amount of rice in the burrito
