The chips to my 3-Cheese Queso & Chips were spilled inside of the carryout bag. The restaurant did not use the adhesive liner to seal the carryout bag. 😡 Rice in Create Your Own Bowl was not fresh, some pieces were hard.

Flavors were good but they gave me regular queso instead of queso Diablo that I ordered. Also burrito was smaller than I've gotten in the past and I think they left off some of the sauces I got on there.

I had the create your own bowl. Normally my position when partaking of your own creation if it lacks something its your own fault. This time I would have to make an exception. All the veggies for the bowl were undercooked to the point of being underdone. There wasn't a hint of seasoning in the entire bowl. I can not say anything positive out of the experience.

The bowl was only one-third filled. $15 charged for a $5 value.
There were like 2 small chunks of chicken for protein.

The flavors are fine. The quantity varies. Sometimes I get an adequate amount. Sometimes it's quite low.
