they did not follow instructions. I asked for no tomato and peppercinis on the side there was tomato in the sandwich and no peppercinis I order from Quiznos especially because I like the pepperoncinis

The bread on my order was not correct and it was stale. I know it's toasted but it was different. The bread was rock hard.
Not really satisfied.
