The 2 meat hobo I just recieved was very disappointing. I got about 2 bites of brisket, the rest was fat (2.8 oz of fat...yes I weighed it). Hardly found any pulled pork either. Almost seemed as if I got trimmed fat instead of meat.
The rest was a dry potato, tastelss Mac and cheese, and some beans and corn.
Unfortunately, this first experience with this place will also likely be our last.

TENDERISM! I love mustard on my ribs lol! Fresh, flavors on point. Ofc I would be ordering again. I always order from rack shack when I'm craving ribs. The ribs are pretty decent in size for a half of rack.

Very good pulled pork with Carolina sauce and the smoked potato is excellent. The smoked Jalapeño Poppers are awesome!!

I've had a lot of barbecue and there's nothing bad to say about the rack. Shack meat was tender on the ribs. Pork pork sandwich was awesome all-around awesome especially enjoyed the Kansas City sauce not too spicy just right even though I like spicy it was just good sauce but that way.

This was our time ordering from here and it was absolutely delicious. The food was a little cool but that's to be expected with the distance and it was still amazing! The hobo alone could feed three people. Cannot wait to try other dishes from here. they even added a nice little note with a sticker thanking us!
