By far the best ramen in Poway. The broth was so creamy and spicy. Definitely my go to ramen shop.

Flavor was not good. Tonkotsu broth was very thin and kind of had a fishy flavor. Edamame had zero salt when it stated it would have sea salt. Won't be ordering from here again. If you want good ramen that won't disappoint, go to Nishiki.

Disappointing and expensive. Not much flavor, rice dishes were pretty small for the price, especially the steak - one of my "four pieces" was a tiny piece of pure fat. The Ramen was just ok. Won't return...

I usually love the red edition ramen but it mostly tasted salty no other flavor. I'm gonna assume it was a fluke but it's a large portion so there's leftover to try again tomorrow haha
