Henrietta Lovell (also known as the Tea Lady) launched the company in 2004 with the goal of sourcing and supplying the world's best loose leaf tea directly from farmers and their tea gardens.

The absolute best drinks, snacks, customer service, the owners are awesome, my favorites are Taro Milk Tea, Ice Cream Milk Tea, anything that has Cafe Bustelo coffee in it! The coffee smoothie, and coffee milk teas are really yummy, and if you want an extra treat add ice cream to your drinks.

love it! it is my favorite boba place to go I ordered the Thai Milk Tea but with non dairy milk today since my stomach couldn't handle regular milk. It tastes exactly like if it were reg milk! Tastes amazing and love it

I have always loved Rare Tea, and specifically the Strawberry Milk Tea Smoothie but they haven't had it listed on the online menu recently. We've had a couple issues recently, like the boba being undercooked and hard. It's been a little disappointing but we always enjoy getting things from Rare Tea.

The tea tasted incredibly bland despite hyping up its sweetness level. There wasn't any boba because the options to add it were confusing. The thumbnail image showed boba in the tea so I assumed it already cane with boba and so the toppings options made me think it was just extra toppings. The waffles and snack stuck was really tasty though.
