This is my wife's favorite restaurant, and after trying it for the first time today, I can absolutely see why. Everything was cooked to perfection and the spices and seasonings were bold, robust, and beyond incredible. The tibs were great for someone who usually eats meat, but the clear winner for me was the to-die-for mac and cheese.

Everything needed a dash of salt, but once added, I was very satisfied. Would absolutely get again and found that for one small person, the Piassa and Side Gomen (Collards) were more than enough for dinner, and will make an excellent lunch for tomorrow. I am glad I ordered extra Injera Roll because even though I didn't need it for tonight, I will for lunch tomorrow.
I think you could get away with one platter like the Piassa and a couple of sides and it would be a meal for 2 normal sized people

Ras Kitfo with injera is my go to. All sambusas are great. One of the best restaurants in the neighborhood and you don't have to be a vegan to like it! (Im not!)

Everything at Ras is great, but my favorites are the Ras tibs and the shiro. Injera is wonderful. I always feel great after eating here.
