I love their coffee, but whoever put the lid on my drink didn't do it all the way and my dasher spilled coffee all over himself (thank God it was iced)

Got 32 ounce arctic Gold Rush and it's supposed to be blended but the 3 times I've ordered from this specific store it's got gigantic chunks like whole ice cubes in the cup instead of being blended making it impossible to drink through a straw it's not like this at the other red leaf stores so i don't know if it's because they don't know how to use a blender or not but it's pretty frustrating with how expensive it is
