Birria is a new style of cooking that involves birria meat inside a taco, burrito, pizza that is dipped in the consume (soup) for the added flavor.
Anything from this restaurant is going to be delicious!! The food is always fresh, and the customer service at the truck is nothing short of excellent. I also really love and recommend the birria pizza!

Everything was incredible! This is one of the best places in Rochester to order from. Huge portions, fresh ingredients, and their #5. DCheesy Birria Fries, #15 L. 2 Enchiladas, and #4 D.Birria California Burrito were wonderful.

Tamale s were great, super flavorful and definitely what I craving! My only complaint was that while tasty, the Cheese Dip with Chorizo was a super small portion for almost 12 dollars. It came in a small cup (like less than an actual cup) and it didn't even come with chips I had to buy those separately. It was good but I think I'll stick to just the tamales next time.

I love this #2 L. Birria Pizza, I've ordered it multiple times and it's always delicious, fresh, and filling. The pizza is hefty so you will have enough to feed a family or have leftovers. Absolutely delicious, I love Eddie's.

The birria #2 D.Birria Pizza is massive! Perfect for a group or for multiple meals for 1-2 people. Very filling and delicious. The birria consome really pairs nicely with the pizza. Highly recommend, I would order again. The food is always hot and fresh!
