the food was ok, toast doesn't come buttered though. only thing was the Brioche Breakfast Club that I ordered with shredded hashbrowns I think should be packaged separately, by the time it got to me the lettuce had come off the sandwich and mixed with the hashbrowns for an absolutely horrifying textural experience.

Wonderful Whipped Waffle was very small and they didn't include the fruit topping or the whipped cream, just butter and syrup which defeats the purpose of a "whipped" Waffle. Cost too much to be missing half of the things.

Happened multiple times order came in missing items. Example: today my order was missing sausage and bacon that should have been included.
I'm frequently buying from this place and this is not a good customer experience

Soggy fish (cod) and the veggie burger was over cooked to the point it crumbled apart before I could add more sauce. Honestly awful and won't be ordering again.
