If you love guacamole with soggy tortilla chips, Rigobertos is the place for you!
For $6.25 and a brief 6 minute car trip, I received an order of soggy taco chips and no matter how fast I scraped the guacamole off the chips... still soggy.
The cause? Adding TOO much water to the guacamole (think guacamole soup) in an effort to stretch profit TOO far!
This condition is compounded by an app (Doordash) that does not allow the customer to give instructions like - "put the guac on the side."
(The rest of the order was good.)
That's ok Rigobertos, there are other Mexican restaurants nearby who can get it right.
