Riot BBQ is Denver's best Texas style BBQ featuring oak hardwood smoked meats with influences from Southern Texas and Northern Mexico.
Brisket has great marbling, super flavorful and unbelievably good. Coffee Rubbed Pork Belly is seasoned perfectly and not overly fatty. Ribs are very tender and the al pastor marinade adds the perfect amount of spice. Pulled pork is the best in the Denver area. Turkey is incredibly juicy, we have had it at least 6 times and it has never been dry. The Mac and Cheese is creamy with great flavor, not bland at all. The esquites cornbread is one of the best bbq sides I have eaten. Pit Beans are a perfect mix of smoky and sweet. If wagyu pastrami is available do not pass it up, it is life changing.

Food was decent don't get me wrong, but the portions of what you get for the price is bloody ridiculous
A small cup of Mac n cheese shouldn't be nearly $8 and a total full pound of meat doesn't even cover the bottom of the container.
Turkey reminded me of the boars head peppered turkey from king Soopers deli

We love Riot!!! This was our first time ordering it for delivery and it was just as food as eating there. Everything was perfect and they gave us each one of each sauce. The ribs were insanely good and never skip the tacos!

I love brisket so much that I probably eat an unhealthy amount lol hey my life but.... this is hands down the best Prime Brisket and Coffee Rubbed Pork Belly I have ever had purchased from any restaurant, which is hard to find because we live in Colorado. No sauce needed in order to eat this. Fresh , So tender, well seasoned, just bursting with flavor. Everyone should know how great of a job this smoke master has done.

Best bbq we have had in Denver yet! Loved the Mac and Cheese and Potato Salad. And the meats were so good and smoky. Loved all the sauces. And the Texas Sausage - not to spicy and had the correct amount of bite from the casing. We will be back!
